Argentine winger Erik Lamela is open to joining Inter Milan, according to talkSPORT.
He has of course just returned to the first team fold at Spurs after being out with a mixture of injuries and personal problems for over a year and the 25-year-old is beginning to establish himself again under Mauricio Pochettino since his comeback and his performances have caught Inter’s eye.
The article a adds how the San Siro club would love to sign Lamela this summer and, according to Italian publication Calciomercato, he is open to the move.
The article goes on to say that the winger enjoyed his time in Italy when at Roma and he is reported to be happy to return to Serie A in the future but Tottenham however, have not given any indication that they would be willing to let Lamela leave.
With his recent return to the first team and subsequent good form it’s hard to see him wanting to leave, however with Dele and Eriksen almost guaranteed starting berths Lamela has to battle with Son and newboy Lucas Moura and three into one doesn’t go.
