Jude Bellingham was left impressed by James Maddison’s display in the North London Derby, with the Real Madrid man taking to social media to praise his England teammate.
Maddison was once again Tottenham’s creative fulcrum at the Emirates, with most of the away side’s good moves going through him.
The England international often dropped deep to receive the ball and always looked to play forward, once again having a major impact in the final third, setting up both of Son Heung-min’s goals.
Jude Bellingham is a big fan of James Maddison
There was plenty of debate ahead of the game among pundits regarding who the better player was between him and Martin Odegaard (Sky Sports), and the 26-year-old certainly won that battle on Sunday, having a lot more influence on the game than the Arsenal man.
Bellingham also seemingly loved what he saw from the former Leicester City star, commenting ‘class’ on his Instagram post. Meanwhile, Pedro Porro, who also impressed at the Emirates, writing ‘baller’ on Maddison’s post.
Spurs Web Opinion
