The Athletic have revealed that the majority of the Tottenham squad will report to Hotspur Way for pre-season on July 4.

Antonio Conte’s men are set to fly to South Korea on July 9 where they will face a K-League All-Star team and Sevilla in two exhibition games in the Coupang Play Series.

After their Asian tour, they’ll return to the UK to take on Rangers at the Ibrox on 23 July before flying to Israel to compete in the I-Tech Cup against AS Roma on 30 July.

Football.London’s Alasdair Gold previously revealed that the Tottenham players who are involved in international games this month will get three weeks off and return in time for the trip to South Korea.

However, The Athletic have now revealed that the majority of the Spurs squad are expected to report for pre-season next Monday.

Football London add that the likes of Yves Bissouma, Hugo Lloris, Cristian Romero, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Son Heung-min, Harry Kane and other internationals will return a little later before the trip to Korea.

The report adds, however, that Oliver Skipp, Japhet Tanganga and Matt Doherty begin pre-season training at Hotspur Way today as the trio continue rehabilitating from their injuries.

Spurs Web Opinion

Given that the majority of Tottenham’s first-team squad were involved in competitive international matches this month, one would expect most players to return to Hotspur Way relatively fit.

Conte and his coaching staff would have likely also given the players specific fitness instructions to be followed during their holidays so that they do not completely lose their conditioning when they report back for pre-season.
