After 10 seasons at the club, Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose is being linked with a £50m move away from the club.

The Mirror have reported that PSG and Schalke are interested in the powerful full-back.
However, SkySports have recently claimed that Schalke simply do not have the funds to compete for the England player’s signature.

Sky sources understand that the Bundesliga club only have a budget of around £7m for a new left-back, remarkably under the asking price for Rose. This would put them in a position to take the player on loan, however reports suggest that they will look elsewhere.

Schalke are said to be keen on making a permanent signing, rather than a loan deal.

It is rumoured that Rose is frustrated with a current lack of playing time.

Rose arrived in North London way back in 2007, with a £1m move from Leeds. After a decade at the club, Rose has clocked up 118 appearances, scoring eight goals, including a famous strike against Arsenal.

It remains to be seen whether PSG will make a move for the Tottenham man.
