Alli’s reaction to the incident would have certainly put a smile on the faces of Spurs fans. The England midfielder had previously scored the second goal of the game with a classy lob over Petr Cech after being out through on goal by Harry Kane.
This comes just a little over a fortnight after an extremely ugly incident which saw a Spurs fan threw a banana skin at Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the previous meeting between the two sides. The fan who threw the banana skin was subsequently slapped with a four-year ban from football.
