Tottenham Hotspur have not made an approach for Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole.
Harry Redknapp revealed that although he admires Cole, a player who he gave his debut to at West Ham United, he doesn’t think that Chelsea would be prepared to sell the England international.
Redknapp said: “Joe Cole is a fantastic player but he is at Chelsea and he is going to stay at Chelsea. There is nothing in that whatsoever.
“Any team would like Joe but he is not a player I have even made a phone call about because I don’t think it would be possible to get him. He belongs to Chelsea.”
