Jamie Redknapp has labelled Son Heung-min as ‘world-class’ after the Tottenham man served another reminder of his quality in the North London Derby.
Son was one of several Tottenham stars who struggled under Antonio Conte last season, which led some to think that the South Korean was perhaps past his best.
However, the 31-year-old has demonstrated so far this season that he can be relied upon to find the back of the net if he gets chances, with his brace against Arsenal taking his goal tally to five in six Premier League matches.

Heung-min Son refuses to be forgotten at Spurs
Son showed tremendous composure for both goals, with his first, in particular, being an exemplary finish as he got in between three Arsenal defenders to get a first-time connection with his left foot.
Ahead of the clash on Sunday, some pundits had suggested that the Tottenham forward would not even get into the Gunners’ starting eleven (Tim Sherwood- Tippy Tappy Football Podcast), and Redknapp believes that some people had forgotten how good the Spurs captain could be.
The pundit told Sky Sports (broadcast on 24/9; 16:15): “We’ve almost forgotten how good Son is. He’s a really good wide-man, but he’s a world-class striker.”

While Son does not provide some of the qualities that other centre-forwards do, he demonstrated once again that his finishing and his movement are up there with the best in the world. It was laughable that some Arsenal fans were suggesting that Jesus is better than the South Korean.
