Marca primarily focus on Barcelona’s interest in the midfielder, revealing that the Catalan giants have been keen on the player for ‘some time’.
It is explained that Xavi Hernandez likes Brozovic ‘a lot’ and that the La Liga giants failed with a move for him last summer.

The publication asserts that Barca are expected to reignite their pursuit of the Inter star as Xavi views him as the ideal option to replace Sergio Busquets this summer.
However, Marca add that the Spanish champions will have to contend with quite a bit of competition for Brozovic, with Tottenham named as one of the clubs who are ‘closely following’ the player.
The outlet names Chelsea, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid as the three other clubs are monitoring the Nerazzurri star’s situation.

Brozovic strikes me as a very Conte-like target rather than someone who Postecoglou would want.
While the Croat is technically good enough to adapt to the new Tottenham boss’ system, the Australian would likely want someone younger who he can groom into a specific role.
