How Tottenham's next five Premier League fixtures compare to their Big Six rivals

With the Premier League pausing for the impending international break, now is a good time to take a look at the fixtures on the horizon for Tottenham Hotspur when they return. We will also compare these to the other teams competing for a spot in the top six.

Tottenham have made a blistering start to life under Ange Postecoglou so far, with three wins and a draw leaving the Lilywhites second in the Premier League right now.

Spurs have already taken three points from Bournemouth, Manchester United, and most recently, Burnley. The North London side started the new campaign with a hard-fought draw against Brentford.

While this is certainly an exciting time for Tottenham fans, there is still a long way to go this season. But, Spurs do hold an advantage over their rivals, and that is the fact they will not be playing any cup matches until the New Year.

It’s easy to forget just how congested that fixture list can be when you are playing continental football, but being out of the Champions League this season really could be a blessing in disguise looking at these schedules.

We have a couple of tough games against Arsenal and Liverpool that we have to make the most of, and then the other three matches are games we realistically should be winning comfortably.
