Tottenham Hotspur assistant head coach, Cristian Stellini, has revealed that the Lilywhites are unlikely to recover all three of Richarlison, Dejan Kulusevski, and Rodrigo Bentancur for the North London Derby next week.
Spurs have been without the trio for the past three matches, while Lucas Moura remains out injured and Yves Bissouma has missed the last two games.
Stellini hinted that Tottenham hope to recover one of the aforementioned trio for the North London Derby next weekend, although he did not reveal who was closest to a return.
Both Richarlison and Bentancur were injured during the World Cup in Qatar and have not been seen since, while Kulusevski picked up a knock more recently, meaning Bryan Gil has been occupying the right side for the past three games.
It remains to be seen whether any of them do make the return to the starting XI or bench against the high-flying Gunners at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Stellini said on the trio (Football London): “Well, not for all the players we are so confident but we are confident we’ll recover someone.”
Spurs Web Opinion:
If I had to guess, I would assume that Kulusevski is the closest to a return, but even he might be unlikely to start the match. I can see Tottenham either sticking with Gil or playing with two up top and packing the midfield against Arsenal.
