Heung-min Son hailed Harry Kane as “one of the best players in the world” following Saturday’s 2-0 win over Huddersfield.
Son was again impressive scoring twice as We beat David Wagner’s side 2-0 at Wembley to move above Liverpool, albeit temporary, into third place in the Premier League table ahead of the Reds’ late kick-off against Newcastle at Anfield.
Kane turned provider for just the second time this season with a sublime cross for the South Korean’s second goal on 54 minutes.
“The pass from Harry Kane was very good for me, it made it easy to score,” Son told BBC’s Match of the Day programme.”I hope I can score many more goals for Tottenham. Harry is one of the best players in the world.
Sonny added: “The manager has to choose 11 players but there are many more. I try my best and try to be ready at all times.
Ben Davies hailed the performance of Son, who made it 15 goals for the season with his ninth Premier League brace for the club. “It was a tough game. Huddersfield sat off us and made it difficult but a win is a win,”:the defender said.
“Son has been brilliant. We know the quality he’s got and when he’s on the ball in front of goal, you expect it to go in.
Davies added: “When Huddersfield went forward it allowed us to have space up top, and with the quality we’ve got up front, it makes it nice for us as defenders.”

“We feel comfortable at Wembley, we know how we play here,”:Son continued.Of course it was going to take time but now we feel like we’re at home. We enjoy playing here and we try to get three points from every match.”
