Manchester City are reported to be closing in on Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.
The Bosnia forward has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs, but the Daily Mail are claiming that City are set to tie up a £36million deal.
Wolfsburg announced on Monday that Dzeko was set to stay after clubs failed to meet their Monday night deadline to activate the £34million buy-out clause.
He scored 27 goals in 46 appearances for Wolfsburg last season
