Tottenham Hotspur had a successful summer in the transfer window as they smashed their signing record to bring in central midfielder, Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon.
They also added promising teenagers Ryan Sessegnon and Jack Clarke to their squad, as well as Giovani Lo Celso who joined on loan from Real Betis.
However, it appears that Mauricio Pochettino is still not content with the squad he has, as Football Insider claim he has already drafted a new three-man shortlist.
This comes as the likes of Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld, and Jan Vertonghen are all currently set to leave on free transfers at the end of the season unless new contracts can be agreed.
Pochettino appears to be very keen on dealing with Leicester City too, as all three of his transfer targets come from the former Premier League champions.
The Argentine is said to be keen on James Maddison, Demarai Gray, and Harvey Barnes.
Spurs Web Opinion:
I can’t say that I rate Gray too highly and Barnes may be a good investment, but James Maddison is the one for me. Spurs should spend big on the English playmaker as soon as possible before his value skyrockets out of the club’s price range.
