According to beIN Sports (as relayed by TEAMtalk), Metz striker Habib Diallo has his heart set on a move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The centre-forward, who always makes himself a nuisance for Ligue 1 defenders, has had a fairly productive campaign in front of goal, with 12 goals in 26 league appearances this season (transfermarkt.com).
It was reported last November that Spurs had already scouted the Senegal international on multiple occasions and had been left impressed by what they had seen.
A report in La Semaine last month established Tottenham as the favourites to land the 25-year-old this summer.
beIN Sports have now revealed that several Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace and West Brom, want to sign Diallo this summer.
However, the striker is reportedly keen on a move to Tottenham and it is claimed that he will wait for Jose Mourinho’s side to make a move before deciding on other offers.
The report asserts that Metz are resigned to losing Diallo, who they value at around €14million (£12.6m).

Diallo fits the profile of a traditional target man that Jose always has in his squads. In fact, the Diallo links, as well as the earlier speculation linking us to the likes of Serhou Guirassy and M’Baye Niang, suggest that we are looking closely at centre-forwards from Ligue 1 clubs this summer.
