The Daily Star have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are not expected to prioritise a move for Jadon Sancho this summer.
The report states that the North London club are continuing to monitor developments around Sancho but they are now likely to turn their attention to other targets.
It is revealed that Manchester United recently rebuffed an approach from Borussia Dortmund to re-sign the winger on loan, with the Red Devils said to have no intention of approving a temporary deal for the 23-year-old.
Tottenham not expected to prioritise a Sancho move
However, The Daily Star add that despite United rejecting Dortmund’s inquiry out of hand, the club are willing to sell the England international permanently and are willing to listen to offers for the player.
It is alleged that Sancho has failed to live up to Erik Ten Hag’s expectations and that the Dutchman has now lost patience with the attacker.
The report asserts that an offer of £45m may prove sufficient to lure the wide-man away from Old Trafford this summer.

£45m for Sancho would represent decent value for money as the winger has quite a high ceiling, is homegrown and seems like a good fit for Postecoglou.
However, the big problem for Spurs would be the 23-year-old’s £350,000 per week wages.
The former Dortmund man has to agree to take a substantial salary cut in order to for Tottenham to consider signing him.
