According to the print edition of TuttoSport (25/06, page 5, as relayed by Football Italia), Juventus are waiting for Tottenham to submit an offer for Gleison Bremer.
Tottenham’s interest in Bremer first came to light earlier this month when CalcioMercato (June 8) claimed that Juve were open to listening to offers for the centre-back as they need to offload some of their assets to balance their books.
The report stated that Spurs and Atletico Madrid had already reached out to the Brazilian’s representatives to discuss a potential transfer.
The Lilywhites’ interest in Bremer was also backed up by The Telegraph last week, with the publication claiming that Ange Postecoglou’s men, as well as other English clubs, were waiting to see if Juve put up the defender for sale.
Juventus are waiting for a Bremer bid from Spurs
TuttoSport have now suggested that the Bianconeri are aware of Tottenham’s interest in Bremer and are waiting for an offer from the Premier League side.
The publication suggests that the former Torino centre-back is willing to make a move to England this summer.
Spurs Web Opinion
I can see the race for Bremer heating up over the coming weeks if it is true that Juve have transfer listed him as the 26-year-old looks made for the Premier League.
However, I suspect he ranks a fair way down Tottenham’s wishlist, with Postecoglou’s men seemingly prioritising players such as Edomond Taposoba, Micky van de Ven and Marc Guehi.
