Sport have revealed that Ange Postecoglou has not shown much interest in a potential deal to bring Clement Lenglet to Tottenham.
Lenglet, who had a season-long loan spell at Spurs last season, has been linked with a permanent move to the North London club all summer.
Mundo Deportivo even reported last week that the centre-back turned down the chance to move to Saudi Arabia as he was prioritising joining the Lilywhites.
The outlet added that Tottenham were only willing to pay a small transfer fee for the Frenchman, with Barca fearing that the player would push for a late return to N17.
Spurs’ interest in Clement Lenglet has cooled
Sport have now said that the Premier League side’s interest in Lenglet cooled the minute Antonio Conte walked out of the door.
It is explained that the former Sevilla man has still not completely given up hope of moving to Tottenham late in the transfer window.
However, the publication asserts that they have heard from sources close to the defender’s entourage that Postecolgou has shown little interest in signing the 28-year-old.

As things stand, it looks like Tottenham are planning to offload Tanganga and Sanchez, and to bring in one centre-back (potentially Adarabioyo). However, if the North Londoners also manage to move Eric Dier on (which looks unlikely), perhaps they might consider a late swoop for Lenglet.
