According to 90 min, Tottenham Hotspur are expected to face quite a lot of competition for Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez, with several clubs from the Premier League and around Europe also alleged to be eyeing a move for the centre-forward.
Gimenez has found the back of the net 23 times across all competitions this season and his goals have powered Feyenoord to the Eredivisie title.
The Daily Mirror was the first to report last month that Tottenham have sent scouts to watch the Mexican centre-forward in action, with the publication revealing that the North London club had been impressed by his performances.
90 min have now also backed up Spurs’ interest in Gimenez, but they add that the Lilywhites are far from alone, with Aston Villa, Brentford, Brighton, Crystal Palace and Leicester City also said to have their eye on the striker.
In addition, the outlet states that the Feyenoord star is also on the radars of Lille, Eintracht Frankfurt and Napoli ahead of the summer transfer window.

It remains to be seen whether Tottenham will still hold an interest in the striker given the fact that Arne Slot now appears not to be on his way to Tottenham.
However, the Mexican has just had one good season in the Eredivisie and there is no guarantee that he would be able to produce a similar goal output in the Premier League.
