Republic of Ireland Under-17 attacker Troy Parrott has signed his first contract at the Club reaching an agreement with Spurs last year before linking up with the club full-time in June.
The Dubliner is a product of renowned schoolboy club Belvedere FC and recently shone at the European Under-17 Championships where he found the back of the net three times.
Parrott’s technical ability had scouts from some big British clubs including Liverpool, Celtic and Chelsea, but Parrott – who cites Wes Hoolahan and Harry Kane as major influences – opted for Spurs.
The forward has scored some spectacular goals in the green of Ireland, and was standout performer for his team in May’s Euros.
“Very happy to sign a scholarship at Spurs dream come true, can’t wait to see what the future holds,” wrote the Dubliner on Instagram.
A bright future awaits for the youngster as he moves on to the next stage in his fledgling career
