Aston Villa and England star, Tyrone Mings has been left impressed by Tottenham’s training ground, Hotspur Way, this week as the Three Lions train there ahead of their game against the Czech Republic on Tuesday.
Mings has been filling in for the injured Harry Maguire so far at Euro 2020 for England, and doing a good job at that, earning back-to-back clean sheets against Croatia and Scotland.
Hotspur Way is known to be one of the most modern and impressive training facilities in the country, if not the world, and it has certainly left an impression on Mings.
The Villa centre-back claimed that he thought his club had a good training ground until he visited Tottenham for the first time.
He told England’s YouTube channel: “Yeah, I have never been here before in this unbelievable set-up. I thought we had a good training ground until I came here.”
Spurs Web Opinion:
Tottenham have the foundations of an incredible Premier League side. The best training ground. The best stadium. These are amazing pulls for big-name players. Unfortunately, Spurs are lagging so far behind on the pitch. I’m sure it is only a matter of time before that catches up, but for now, it is hard to watch.
