Ten players from the Tottenham Hotspur academy were seen training with the first team at Hotspur Way on Tuesday.

With the clash against Burnley at Turf Moor being cancelled on Sunday due to heavy snowfall, the Spurs squad are preparing for the game against Brentford at home on Thursday.

Antonio Conte will be hoping for a response from his players after the Europa Conference League defeat to NS Mura last week.

The Italian would have learned a lot about some of the fringe players on the back of the performance in Slovenia and by the looks of it, he and his coaching staff are also keen to assess the academy starlets at the club.

Defenders Brooklyn Lyons-Foster, Maksim Paskotsi, Kallum Cesay and Malachi Fagan-Walcott, midfielders Romaine Mundle, Yago Santiago, Nile John and Harvey White, and wingers Dilan Markanday and Jack Clarke, were all seen training with the first team on Tuesday.

The atmosphere among the squad certainly seemed quite upbeat ahead of the all-important clash on Thursday.
