Football Insider have reported that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Moussa Sissoko has arrived at the Watford training ground for his medical.
The report claims Spurs have accepted a bid of £7m from the Hornets ahead of a summer transfer, with just four days left until the window slams shut.
The 32-year-old will reportedly undergo his medical today as the finishing touches are put on the transfer.
Tottenham have given Sissoko permission to travel to London Colney headquarters to start the medical, agree personal terms, and sign a contract.
As such, Spurs will be in the market for midfield reinforcements between now and the close of the transfer window.
Sissoko appeared on the bench for Nuno Espirito Santo for the Premier League opener against Man City, but has not been seen since and hasn’t kicked a ball for the new head coach as of yet.
Spurs Web Opinion:
This deal suits all involved. Sissoko gets a Premier League move and stays in London. Watford get an experienced, Prem-proven player. Tottenham get sizeable wages off their bill and room for a new player.
