MundoDeportivo have claimed that Pedro Porro is on Real Madrid’s radar, just months after his switch to Tottenham.
It has not been the easiest start to life at Spurs for Porro since his January switch, with the right-back seeing the manager and the sporting director who signed him both exit the club.
The 23-year-old has come under criticism for his perceived defensive lapses but he has already shown plenty of promise at the other end of the pitch, having scored two goals and provided two assists in 12 Premier League matches (Transfermarkt).
MundoDeportivo have now claimed that Real Madrid are on the lookout for Dani Carvajal’s successor ahead of the summer transfer window, with the Tottenham man said to be one of the names on their radar.
The report names former Spurs defender Juan Foyth, Bayer Leverkusen’s Frimpong and Chelsea’s Reece James as the three other names on the Los Blancos’ wishlist alongside Porro.

Tottenham are unlikely to consider moving on Porro anytime soon, given the amount of money they invested in the Spaniard.
However, the 23-year-old does seem better suited to playing as a wing-back and might have some issues if the next Spurs head coach sets up with a back four.
