Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that their Carabao Cup third round tie against Nottingham Forest will take place on Wednesday November 9th, with kick-off at 7:45pm.
The tie which takes place at the City Ground will see Antonio Conte’s side experience their first involvement in the competition this season, having entered at the third round stage due to their involvement in European football.
Forest booked their place in the third round following a 3-0 win away to League Two outfit Grimsby Town.
Tottenham have already tasted success away at Forest this season, having won 2-0 in late August with Harry Kane scoring both goals in the Premier League fixture.
The match is nestled in between a trip to Liverpool on November 6th and they will also take on Leeds United in north London just three days following the tie against Steve Cooper’s side.

Fixtures are coming thick and fast for Antonio Conte’s side, however, the Italian will be keen to keep the club in the competition this side of the World Cup and will have to shuffle his selection accordingly, having played at Anfield just a matter of days before.
