Tottenham will be made to wait for Richarlison to make a decision on his future with the Everton forward planning to clarify his position in the next few weeks, according to Goal Brasil.
The 25-year-old emerged as a cult hero towards the end of the Toffees’ campaign last season with his displays helping the Merseyside outfit avoid relegation from the Premier League.
Despite his heroics in contributing to five goals in his last seven outings (Transfermarkt), it has been claimed by Goal Brasil that he wants to leave Everton for another side in England.
However, the same outlet now reports that Richarlison himself is not thought to be in any rush when it comes to clarifying his future ahead of next season.
The report states he is set to have a holiday after spending time with Brazil on international duty and has told his agents that a decision will be made at the end of June or beginning of July.
The update means Tottenham may be forced to wait on making a move for Richarlison, having reportedly identified him as a summer target.
The Athletic have claimed that Spurs are interested in sealing a transfer, but could have to stump up more than €60 million (£51m) to meet Everton’s valuation.
It has also been suggested that Harry Winks or Lucas Moura could be used as potential makeweights to get a transaction over the line (Telegraph).

The rumours will likely ramp up when pre-season rolls in and that is just around the corner, so developments are on the horizon. But by that point, Spurs may have already identified another target in place of Richarlison, who will definitely set clubs back quite a bit in terms of fees.
