The Telegraph have revealed that Everton are demanding upwards of £50m from Tottenham for Richarlison.
Reports emerged over the weekend suggesting that negotiations between Tottenham and Everton for Rircharlison were at an ‘advanced stage’ (UOL Esporte).
However, The Athletic’s David Ornstein subsequently claimed that while Spurs do hold an interest in the Brazilian, they had not submitted an offer and would only sign him for what they deemed to be the right price.
The Telegraph have now claimed that the Toffees are determined not to sell the 25-year-old for less than the £50m fee that they paid to sign him from Watford four years ago.
The report explains that Spurs are the only club to have expressed an interest in Richarlison for the time being, but Frank Lampard’s men are still demanding that the Lilywhites pay over £50m for the forward.
Harry Winks is said to be of interest in Everton, with the report suggesting that the midfielder can be used as a makeweight in the deal.
However, it is suggested that the Merseysiders had been considering a loan move for Winks and that Daniel Levy’s valuation of the England international is expected to be higher than Everton’s.

Everton have to sell in order to pursue their transfer targets this summer, if they are to comply with FFP, so they are not in a particularly strong bargaining position.
If it is true that Spurs are the only club to have expressed a serious interest in Richarlison, one would expect the Toffees to soften their stance over the coming days and weeks.
