Tottenham are set to beat Juventus and AC Milan in the race to sign Everton forward Richarlison, according to CalcioMercatoWeb.

Spurs are said to be interested in the Brazil international, who has asked to leave the Toffees this summer (Goal Brasil) after helping them stave off relegation from the Premier League last season.

The Athletic have reported that Everton value him upwards of €60 million (£51m), although Antonio Conte’s side have not tabled a bid as of yet and will wait to make their move if he aligns with their own valuation.

Richarlison also reportedly has suitors in Serie A in the form of Juventus and Milan, however, CalcioMercatoWeb have claimed Spurs are leading the chase for the 25-year-old.

It is stated that Spurs are ahead of the pair in negotiations with Everton and are moving closer towards securing a deal in the range of €40 million (£34.6m).

Richarlison scored 10 goals for Everton last term to help preserve their Premier League status, while he has tallied 43 times in 135 games since joining the club from Watford in 2018 (Transfermarkt).

Spurs Web Opinion

This price for Richarlison seems reasonable and at a point where more people would get behind it. He still has a ceiling that he hasn’t reached yet given he has been playing in a poor Everton side, but the question is whether Spurs would allocate funds to an already strong area of the team.
