Destiny Udogie is spending tonight at Hotspur Way ahead of undergoing his Tottenham medical tomorrow, according to the Evening Standard.
The report claims the Italian Under-21 international arrived on a private jet at Stanstead Airport earlier this evening soon after Spurs’ 2-2 draw with Chelsea.
Tottenham are said to have agreed an initial £15million fee with Udinese for the defender, which could rise to £20million based on add-ons.
Udogie missed Atalanta’s Serie A opener at AC Milan on Saturday ahead of undergoing his medical with Spurs and will return to training with the Serie A side on Tuesday, where he will spend the season on loan.
The 19-year-old will become Tottenham’s seventh signing of the summer transfer window and will follow Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster, Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence through the door in N17.

Udogie is an attack-minded left wing-back and perfectly suits Antonio Conte’s style of play. He is a signing for the future and another season of first-team football in Serie A will only help further his development, especially with some suggesting he is on the cusp of a senior call up to the Italian national team.
