Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil will undergo surgery tomorrow in a bid to solve his injury issues, according to Marca.
The 22-year-old will go under the knife back in his native Spain at the Ripoll y De Prado Sport Clinic.
Gil missed Tottenham’s pre-season Asia-Pacific tour due to his injury issues and instead remained back at Hotspur Way along with Hugo Lloris, who is currently looking to seek a transfer away from the North London club.
Bryan Gil set to be out for around two months
He was spotted reporting for duty at the club’s training facility on Sunday in which he said in an exchange with Tottenham’s social media team that he was “feeling better, improving”, however it appears that he has now elected to undergo surgery in a bid to get back to full fitness.

It is a huge shame for both Gil and Tottenham that he has not had a chance to prove himself to Ange Postecoglou in these early weeks and will likely not be back in full fitness until the end of September.
Gil impressed on loan at Sevilla last season where he helped the La Liga side to lift the Europa League trophy and any hope of a return he may have harboured to his former side will likely have to wait until January.
