Tottenham Hotspur are currently finalising their plans to appoint a replacement for Fabio Paratici, according to the Daily Mail.
The report claims that Roma general manager Tiago Pinto and Eintracht Frankfurt‘s sporting CEO Markus Krosche are two of the names who are currently under consideration by the north Londoners.
Krosche joined Frankfurt in 2021 from RB Leipzig, signing a deal that runs until 2025 and since joining the Bundesliga outfit they won the Europa League last season.
Pinto made the spotlight for his work bringing in players on the cheap at Benfica, who went on to sell for hundreds of millions of pounds and has continued his impressive work at Roma alongside Jose Mourinho with the Serie A outfit having made the semi-final of this season’s Europa League.
Brentford’s Lee Dykes and Johannes Spors, who is a global sporting director for a number of clubs including Hertha BSC, Genoa, Standard Liege and Melbourne Victory are also on the club’s shortlist.
Spurs have been on the hunt for a new managing director of football after Paratici stepped down towards the end of April after originally losing an appeal against a 30-month ban from football.

With news breaking earlier that Tottenham Hotspur are not interested in Julian Naglesmann, many are questioning whether it was a case of the German actually rejecting Spurs.
Many fans are becoming more and more disenchanted with what is going on at the club and does it really matter who comes in as sporting director if those above him do not show any ambition in the transfer market.
