According to The Daily Star Tottenham are interested in Dutch youngster Steven Bergwijn but face competition from Liverpool, Arsenal , West Ham and Bournemouth to land the Dutchman.
Talented teenager Bergwijn is attracting Premier League attention after becoming a regular in PSV’s first team since last season.
He is a pacy, two-footed wide-man who can play on both flanks and is viewed as one of Holland’s brightest young prospects and according to claims from Dutch news outlet De Telegraaf , the tricky wide man has emerged as a target for the aforementioned Premier League clubs.
The article goes on to say Tottenham are long-term admirers of Bergwijn, whose current deal runs until 2021 and netted eight times last term, however West Ham and Bournemouth, Liverpool and Arsenal are also keeping tabs on the 19-year-old, who has played for his country from Under-17s to U21 level.
The article goes on to say that it is expected he will to go on to become a full international as the Dutch rebuild after missing out on next summer’s World Cup finals.
