Jenas is rarely given the freedom he had that night, Wilson should set him free this season. Anyone who thinks he’s a waste of space certainly doesn’t have any coaching badges and a pub knowledge of what makes a good footballer. What he provided that night is what Bobby Robson saw in the 15 yr old Jenas and there should be more to come this season

Oh there was one more brillient moment which I am sure most peole there will have a similar memory of, despite being the overside of the ground at 4-1 most the gooners had gone, there was just 1 who stood out, standing up, scarf high and to be honest fair play to the lad, myself and my mate noticed him, 5 too 10 minutes later "We can see you sticking out, we can see you sticking out!" sounded out around the ground, it even brought a smile to his face & he deserved it, one of the few TRUE gooners who will support them through thick and thin.

It was the first North London Derby I saw in the flesh (my mates too). We were both so excited and up for it before we even got near the ground, we were singing already on the Victoria Line then we got the Seven Sisters and the train was lively to say the least, the Bricklayers was banging the atmosphere buzzing and it was only 6 O’Clock, 4/5 pints later there we were Upper Tier, near the half way line closer to Park Lane. Somehow I knew this night was going to be special and it did not disapoint, in fact it was so much better than I could ever have imagined, the smile was stuck to my face for two weeks. WE BEAT THE SCUM 5-1!

Would any of the gunners runners who are seen on video sneaking out like to identify themselves.I somehow doubt it because it would take balls and as we all know gunners are gutless wimps.Great night though and will live in the memories forever.

Bergo you are a bellend,you were beaten well and truly.Your professor of football put out the team of his choice,then when it bagan to go wrong he brought on a different selection of players,all of whom were first team players not unknowns and finally when bender and adebender got fighting what a scream[such indiscipline oh how undignified].Was only upstaged in the hilarity of the night by seeing your ugly supporters sneaking out before the game was over.Now a cretin like you comes on here and makes excuses 18 months after the event just proves how painful it was for the Woolwich nomad slumdogs.Go away look in the mirror and repeat these words you are ugly, 5-1 to Tottenham and your man Wenger is even uglier than a camel

All the crap about baiting the Spuds. You shower were probably the ones leaving the ground early.

My main memory of that night is baiting Spuds about the fact that they still have not beaten Arsenal’s first XI(ie. the strongest side we could possibly hand in to the ref’s office an hour before kick-off) at home since 1999!! God it winds you up!!! You have not beaten the strongest side we can put out at The Home of Football since 1985 either. 24 years!! We sh*t on you lot regularly at the Lane. You even release DVD’s of draws for f*ck’s sake!! You have been absolute sh*te since around 1987 – still are – and you know it.

I WAS AN AMERICAN SPORTS BAR in Germany, surrounded by various American soldiers and assorted Germans who were alternately baffled and amused by SCREAMING, SHOUTING, JOYIOUS SWEARING AND SINGING.

Sang all the way back home to Bierstadt, as my girlfriend regularly reminds me – along with an embarrasing silly-dance that I have no recollection of whatsoever. Great Times

I was there and it was the most amaizing game i have ever been too. I got back to my car and someone had smashed the windown and pinched my sat nav, stereo and MP3 player from the glove box but I didn’t even care cos i was buzzing so much! Even the minus 4 degree gale force wind blowing throuh my car going up the M1 didn’t bother me! COYS

My main memory of this game was the build up throughout the day at the office and the banter and predictions after our good performance in the 1st leg. Sadly I missed out on tickets but had great seats at my local which has a very nice 48inch HD TV and surround sound. Even though it was mid-week, my mate and I sank several beers and a plate of nachos during the build up and even got a double round in to save us running out of beer during the game! Memories of the actual performance mainly include a stand out show from Jenas and Lennon’s goal in particular still makes the hairs on the back of my neck tingle!
I celebrated after the game with a lap dance at my local Sugar Lounge in which the ‘dancer’ girated with my Spurs Scarf! haha The only annoyance was the Goons statements of ‘it was our kids’ even though most of their 1st team were playing! w**kers
