The Daily Mail have revealed that Tottenham target Ivan Toney has now officially signed with CAA Stellar, with the outlet describing the move as ‘a clear indication of his intention’ to leave Brentford.
Toney is currently serving an eight-month FA ban for breaching betting regulations, which will lapse in January, and several reports over the course of the summer have indicated that Tottenham are plotting a move for the striker in the next transfer window.

The latest such update came from The Times, who revealed a couple of days ago that Spurs and Arsenal are both considering a January move for the centre-forward, who is allegedly valued by Brentford at £80m.
The outlet added that the Bees are increasingly resigned to losing the England international next year and added that the player might sign with CAA Stellar to help aid his move.
Ivan Toney has now changed his representation
The Mail have confirmed that CAA Stellar, who oversaw Gareth Bale’s move from Spurs to Real Madrid back in 2013, will now take charge of Toney’s affairs.
The report named Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United as the three clubs who hold a ‘concrete’ interest in the striker.
The outlet adds that some clubs have even explored the possibility of signing the 27-year-old ahead of next week’s deadline even though he cannot play competitively until January.

The only justification for any club to pursue a deal for Toney right now would perhaps be to steal a march on the competition for the striker’s signature.
Regardless of whether Toney leaves Brentford now or in January, I would be surprised if Spurs get involved in a bidding war for the striker.
