Tottenham Hotspur were well-represented in England’s latest EURO 2020 qualifier, with Harry Kane leading the line as captain, Danny Rose at left-back, and Harry Winks on the bench.

However, while Harry Kane had an impressive game at top, England struggled against the Czech Republic, with Danny Rose being singled out as a particularly poor performer.

England took the lead through Kane within the first five minutes, before the Czech Republic levelled the scores at 1-1 before ten minutes had passed.

The home side they grabbed a shock late winner after a torrid display from England, who were unable to keep possession or control the game.

Danny Rose was guilty of handing the Czech’s possession on a number of occasions, as well as picking up a yellow card and giving away a number of other silly fouls. The Spurs man was perhaps lucky not to give away a penalty at one stage.

Roy Keane laid into the left-back at full-time and labelled him as shocking and abysmal, saying that he does not learn from his mistakes.
