Tottenham Hotspur have released their full Premier League squad for the remainder of the 2021/22 season following the closure of the January transfer window.

Tottenham were one of the busier clubs in January, with four first-team players leaving the club and two arriving through the door.

Dele Alli completed a permanent move to Everton while Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Bryan Gil were loaned out to Lyon, Villareal and Valencia respectively.

Spurs announced the capture of Juventus duo Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski on transfer deadline day.

While Bentancur has been named in the 25-man squad for the second half of the season, Kulsevski’s name is missing from the list.

This is because the Swede was born after January 1 2000, which means he is eligible to be listed among the Under-21 players. The 21-year-old thus joins the likes of Oliver Skipp and Ryan Sessegnon among the Under-21 list.

Spurs Web Opinion

Given the experience he already has, it is easy to miscomprehend how young Kulusevski actually is. Harry Kane had not even established himself as a regular in Tottenham’s starting lineup at Kulusevski’s age. So, the Swede still has plenty of room to grow and become the finished product.
