looks like a good side on paper, bit 50 50 as to who starts in goal tho cant afford no more cock ups from gomes and i do rate cudicini. Haven’t really seen much off poulson, whats his best position? What sort of player is he (attacking/defencive)?? Personally would have defoe ahead off keane and i’ve said this from their 1st spells at the club when defoe was frozen out. I know many disagree as keane has done well at the club, i just rate defoe as a more prolific finnisher than robbie is. Rumour that we’l follow up on bassong,. Agree with gettin poulsen and I think in the long run crouch will be better for us than pav. What I’ve seen of pav – his first touch ain’t as good as crouch’s and neither is his finishin. The poulsen rumour would be good if it happenes. Our team would really be taking shape then. Also, if gio hits the form in the prem like he has at international level then he could be deadly, but it’s where to fit him in. If he is played on the left then where will modric go?also, looks like keane will be warming the bench a lot this season.

As for our defence – buy Distin!!!!! Experience and great cover – especially with woody daws and king all out.
