Why are you judging all of us based on the rantings of mouthpieces on social media who crave attention with their deliberately devisive posts? The facts are that Dier isn’t good enough for a team with our ambition, but it is not true that everyone abuses him and certainly not at games (if I have to hear I love Eric Dier one more time….) If you like him that’s your choice, but don’t make the mistake of condemning us all based on the opinions of an irrelevant minority.

Eric Dier is a great ‘team’ guy, who is often mentioned positively by new players coming to the club, which is all very admirable, however unfortunately he is a mediocre footballer with very poor defensive instincts, who should not be anywhere near a first team shirt!

Like Davinson Sanchez, he has been tolerated because of declining standards, but both are sub-standard CB’s and the numbers of goals attributable to defensive errors by them is wholly unacceptable. So, no apologies, Eric is not good enough and should be sold.

Just leave it out, and be open about criticism because those who critique the likes of Dier and Sanchez have a valid point, forget any malicious writing whatever that is, but pay heed as both of them have not helped Spurs.
For a long time, both these players have been at the heart of a defence of a very low level and it is when the truth cannot be written about that insight into the fabric of the team is censored.
Spurs fans want the best players for the job of the team; that is a given.

The very reason spurs never win anything. They keep players like dier and sanchez. Never going to get into a side who win trophies because they are just not good enough. Simple fact.

Well said, good to hear another fan not linking Dier as the cause of global warming. remember he played with an injured groin for several months while fan favourite Romero to play if an Argentina game was within one lunar cycle.
