Fabrizio Romano has reported that Tottenham Hotspur are now considering a move for Bournemouth defender, Lloyd Kelly, before the transfer window slams shut.
Romano says that any move from Spurs will depend on players leaving North London first, with the likes of Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez, and Japhet Tanganga all linked with moves away (DailyMail).
As such, the N17 club have not yet submitted an official bid or shown concrete interest in Kelly just yet, and Bournemouth would want to have a chance to replace their defender.
Eric Dier could be included in Lloyd Kelly offer
Romano claims Eric Dier could even be included in a possible deal, although it is not known whether Spurs would loan him out to Bournemouth or offer him in a swap, with his contract running out next summer.
Kelly is 24 years old, left-footed, and English so would count as a homegrown player for Tottenham, and he has played three times for Bournemouth already this season (TransferMarkt).

No formal bid/concrete yet as depends on outgoings, Spurs need players to leave.
Bournemouth would need to replace Kelly, not easy; also Eric Dier could be offered as part of deal. pic.twitter.com/3LfELiOMqP

Spurs Web Opinion:
This seems like the kind of signing Tottenham would go for as cover for Micky Van de Ven and Cristian Romero. A younger centre-back with Premier League experience and decent pace, but will likely be happy to sit on the bench and wait for his big chance.
