The left wing is a bit trickier. If Levy and Harry stick to their guns and only look to get players that will improve the 1st XI, then the only player that may be available, that we may have a chance (albeit a slim one) of getting is Ashley Cole. If we can’t get him, we should persevere with Gio or throw Danny Rose into the squad and stick with him. Everywhere else, we are generally well covered, and still have a squad that has an outside chance of cracking the top four (although it will also take an off season from a couple of the established top four clubs).

I think the only people likely to move now, are Bentley or Jenas or Both. Either of them would raise enough funds or provide a makeweight in a swap deal if required.

Fed up with people suggesting that we need wholesale changes, and that Bent has been a flop, or has been under-used. He was ill or injured for the middle part of the season, and still scored nearly 1 every 2 games. Get your facts straight someone!?
